Project scope identifying – IPN understand the need to have an accurate and shared understanding of the project goals and we achieve this through structured requirements-gathering involving sponsor and stakeholders.

Proposal Preparation – We provide clearly defined presentations that will address project objectives, cost and timeframe of completion. Milestones and other progress- tracking tools will be defined in order to control execution and expectations.

Project Leadership – Quality is a continual process which applies to all phases of the project, milestones and all deliverables – including documentation and internal procedures.  IPN concludes each project with a post-project review in order to make best use of lessons learned. We will provide “before and after” comparisons, ROI and other metrics to gauge project success.
